It is our privilege and responsibility to be your host in Berlin. We hope that this symposium will be rewarding and enjoyable for you. How to register
If you wish to participate to the Symposium, please fill out the enclosed registration form, and return it to the Symposium Secretariat by regular mail, fax or e-mail at your convenience, preferably before 25th November 2003. Please use one registration form per participant.

Deadline for registration
The deadline for early registration and payment is 25th November 2003. After this date, no registration forms will be processed.

Climate, weather and dress
At the time of end-November, the season is Winter in Germany, with temperatures varying from -15°C to +10 However, Germany is famous for its unpredictable weather, so do not forget to bring your raincoats, umbrellas and sweaters. There is no dress code for the Welcome reception or the Symposium.

Insurance
The organisers decline all responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance.

Liability
The organisers cannot assume liability for changes in the program due to external circumstances.

Conference languages
French, English and German are the official languages of the conference. A translation service ( German «-» English ) will be available
